§ 35-2. Definitions.

As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:

FORMAL ACTION

As set forth in 1974, July 19, P.L 486, No. 175, Section 1 (65 P.S. § 261).

REGULAR MONTHLY MEETINGS

The regularly scheduled and advertised monthly meetings of the entire Board of Commissioners convened in accordance with law.
