§ 136-4. Absence of President; Vice President.

In the event that the President of the Board is absent from the Township or for any reason of health unable to act pursuant to this article, the Vice President of the Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized to act in his place. In the event that the President and the Vice President of the Board of Commissioners are both absent from the Township or for reasons of health unable to act pursuant to this article, a majority of the Board of Commissioners is hereby authorized to act in their place.
