§ 136-24. Renewal.

A.
After the expiration of the sixty-day period for the initial permit, an applicant may submit a renewal application for an additional 60 days, which same application shall not be reasonably refused by the Township. All such applications for extension of permit must be accompanied by an extension fee in an amount fixed by resolution of the Board of Commissioners, from time to time.

B.
Further renewal applications may be generated by the Board of Commissioners upon a showing that the PSU or construction trailer is still reasonably required for temporary storage or construction purposes.
