§ 136-28. Number of units.

A.
Only one PSU may be placed on any one residential or commercial parcel at one time.

B.
No more than one construction trailer may be placed on any residential or commercial parcel at one time.

C.
Applications for additional PSUs or construction trailers may be granted by the Board of Commissioners only upon showing that the additional PSU or construction trailer is reasonably required for temporary storage or construction purposes.
