§ 136-29. Violations and penalties; enforcement.

A.
Any person who shall place a PSU or construction trailer in violation of this article shall, upon conviction before a Magisterial Judge, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $600, together with the costs of prosecution. Each day on which a violation shall continue after due notice to the property owner shall be deemed a separate offense, punishable by the terms and conditions provided under this section.

B.
Any Code Official or law enforcement officer of the Lower Moreland Township is duly empowered to enforce the terms, conditions and provisions of this article, and to commence such summary criminal proceedings as may be warranted upon finding of any violation of terms, conditions and provisions of this article.
