§ 160-44. Applicability.

The provisions of this article apply to any and all properties, uses, persons and entities which discharge wastewater or sewage into any portion of the sewage system and which eventually passes into the Chapel Hill Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The properties which are subject to the provisions of this article are the properties within the boundaries shown on the map attached as Exhibit 1 to this article and which are connected to or discharge directly or indirectly into any public sewer facility.
