§ 160-47. Compliance required; sample sizes.

A.
All discharges of wastewater or sewage of any size shall comply with all limits, parameters and requirements set forth in this article.

B.
Any sample of any size which does not comply with such limits, parameters and requirements shall constitute a violation and be noncompliant. The size of the sample taken shall not be a factor in determining whether there has been a violation or a noncompliance with any limit, parameters or requirements set forth in this article.
